
We love craftsmen, tailors in particular. But they are rarely the greatest of designers and can lack everything in aesthetic nouse that they possess in technical craft. It is always with relief, therefore, that we turn to , whose work for his own collection and for others brings many of the strengths of bespoke tailoring to other, more accessible and perhaps creative types of clothing.
His Spring/Summer collection is no exception, with beautiful soft-collared shirts, heavy linen knits and trousers in a colour mix of stone, butcher's blue and fresh green. All could be mixed with tailored clothing easily and effortlessly, giving a more casual touch to sharply made jackets.
